The above image was taken as part of another Steampunk Photographic Workshop shoot. But, after processing this image I found it to be more reminiscent of the Walt Disney Pictures film "The Rocketeer". By increasing the contrast and color saturation I was able to give this image an otherworldly look.

Steampunk



The above image was taken as part of a Steampunk Shoot Workshop in late 2013.  Steampunk is a sub-genre of fantasy and science fiction.  It’s inspired by 19^th century western industrialism (steam-power), the British Victorian era and the American Wild-West.  Steampunk is also influenced by the writings of H. G. Wells and Jules Verne.
